This commitment to safety reflects the team’s many years of rail construction experience (manual available by request). To encourage all field employees to practice safe work habits, they are each enrolled in our Safety Bonus Program, which allows them to benefit financially from their safe work records, while also helping RMI, Inc. and our customers. This safety program has paid off with excellent results throughout the years. One example we are particularly proud of is our 4 years/500,000 man hours at the Mosaic Faustina Plant in Donaldsonville, Louisiana without losing any time due to accidents.
